You will have to venture 800m up the country road to appreciate life in the countryside. At Platypus Park Country Retreat you can enjoy the peace and quiet while walking around the 17 hectares.

 

You could try your luck trout fishing in the three farm dams or spotting a platypus.
There are gas barbeques near all the accommodation and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the great outdoors.Fresh organic vegetables are available from our garden and fresh free range eggs are used in our breakfst baskets.

Just like in the old days children are welcome to play in the cubby, on the trampoline or the swing, play football in the paddock and in summer you can set up the badminton or volleyball nets.
